C&M constructed its first subdivision project in
1989 at Longwood Run and this work has become the mainstay of
C&M ever since. Everything is involved in sub-division
development including road work, utility work, earthmoving, grading,
drainage etc. C&M’s long resume includes Stoneybrook Golf
& Country Club, Turtle Rock, Heritage Oaks, Saddle Oaks,
Greyhawk Landing, River Plantation, Crystal Lakes , Creekside Oaks,
Willow Chase, Stillwater , and Gran Paradiso.
