C&M
has the ability to assist in the planning stage of a project, which
includes the assembling and coordination of a design team. C&M
can also perform the following services to expedite the project
planning stage: selective land clearing, topographic surveys, to
assist with entitlements, site modeling to develop earthwork
strategies, and budget estimates. Involvement in the planning stage
gives C&M unique project knowledge to allow the client to take
advantage of value engineering and fast track opportunities. This
will help ensure that the project comes in on budget and on
schedule.
